Cotoami is a platform that allows users to weave a large network of wisdom from tiny ideas. It provides a flexible and collaborative space for users to share and connect their ideas, promoting knowledge generation and discovery. With Cotoami, users can post their ideas and thoughts in a timeline format, creating a chat-like experience. These posts, called 'Cotos', can flow into the past unless pinned for reference. Users can then make connections between Cotos, enriching their 'Stock', which represents structured content. Cotoami supports basic building blocks such as Cotonomas, which are Cotos with dedicated chat timelines, and allows for vertical and horizontal relationships. The platform also features a concept mapping function, allowing users to create concept maps and visualize relationships between ideas. Additionally, Cotoami Scraper, a Chrome Extension, helps users collect Cotos from various sources such as web content, page links, selections, and Kindle highlights. Cotoami can be tried on a demo server or launched on a self-hosted server with Docker. The project is also available on Heroku for deployment. Cotoami is licensed under the Apache 2 License.
